I think one of the main reasons why essential oils have captured people’s imaginations is that they can have a really big impact on how you look and feel, but they aren’t invasive in any way. Folks who are hesitant to try NutraBurst or Iaso Tea are willing to give essential oils a go, especially when they learn more about how we source our products.
I thought I’d share with you today some of my favorite essential oil recipes for use in our aroma diffuser. I find these are great for setting a mood, helping me unwind, or empowering me for a busy day.
