A t Total Life Changes, we lead with our products. It’s true that we’ve built the best community in the health and wellness market and that much of our success is because of our people, but when someone from TLC is out there in the world, we use on hand to shake yours in greeting, and the other to give you a sample of our products.

If you’re a fan of TLC’s broadcasts—and why wouldn’t you be a fan?—you’ve heard one of our TLC celebrities talk about the importance of sampling potential partners. We talk about it a lot because we believe that people won’t truly understand the changes they’ll feel by using our products until they try one for themselves.

Test Driving

Would you buy a car without test-driving it first? Would you marry someone without a first date? (Assuming you weren’t on some reality show and looking for publicity, of course.)

Not if you’re smart, you wouldn’t, and we always assume our potential customers are smart. They’re intelligent, motivated people who are looking to shake things up a bit. They want something different in their personal life or their professional life, and they’ve come to TLC for the opportunity.

We ask people who are new to TLC to take their own test drive with our products before they decide to commit. While we’re confident that folks will want to become Preferred Customers, and maybe even partner with us as Life Changers, we want it to be an experience that’s driven by belief in the power of our products. That can’t happen unless people get a chance to try them.
