Hi, I’m Jack.
Welcome to Believe in More. Thank you for taking this journey with me. When I was young, if someone had told me that one day there would be a book written about my life, I would have laughed and not believed them. I might have used a funny expression that I heard my granny say, “Are you off your rocker?” Yet, here I am at 47, a kid from Detroit, sharing my story with the world. I honestly could have never imagined it. I am humbled.
It wasn’t that I ever lacked dreams or desires. Come on, we all have them. I guess I just never thought I would be brave enough to step away from what I thought I was supposed to do. Some call it, “Your script in life.” It took a lot of faith, courage, and determination to change the script of my life, which ultimately led me to do what I was truly meant to do. Change people’s lives.
Obviously, I didn’t get here alone. I would be foolish not to acknowledge all of the special people in my life that have stood by my side. The love and support from my family and friends helped me to believe in myself. Their encouragement to follow my dreams paved the way for me to believe in more.
